1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and v88bd ("v88bd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the v88bd website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Your continued use of the platform after any such changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain in agreement with the most current version.

If you are accessing v88bd on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the full authority to bind that person to these Terms. Where this is not the case, you must not proceed.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

v88bd is a strictly adult platform. Access to the platform, registration, deposits, and participation in any form of gambling or betting activity is permitted only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

4. Own identity: You must register under your own true identity. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or using a corporate entity to disguise beneficial ownership is prohibited.
5. Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of v88bd, nor a close relative of any such person.

v88bd employs age-verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, refund of any deposit balance minus any winnings derived from bonus funds.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of v88bd — including placing bets, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document.
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access.
• A mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, compatible with bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Your date of birth (to confirm you are 18 years of age or older).

You agree to keep all registration information accurate and up to date. v88bd reserves the right to carry out enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. This may require you to submit copies of a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Account withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. This process exists to protect both our players and the integrity of the platform against fraud, money laundering, and identity theft.

Account credentials — particularly your password — must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify v88bd support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on v88bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — instant mobile financial service (MFS) deposits and withdrawals.
• Nagad — instant MFS deposits and withdrawals via the Bangladesh Post Office digital wallet.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile financial service.
• Bank Transfer — available for selected banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank, subject to additional processing time.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated by v88bd from time to time. MFS-based withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1–3 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

All funds deposited into your v88bd account must originate from a payment source that is registered under your own name and identity. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account owned by another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source where reasonably practicable. Any winnings generated from funds deposited in violation of this rule will be voided.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

v88bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that offer only.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to claim a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the current value of which is displayed on the Promotions page and may be updated. Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by v88bd:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have fully completed account registration and KYC verification.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are used once real-money funds are exhausted, unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum bet sizes while bonus funds are active may be restricted. Placing bets above the permitted maximum while wagering a bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash (except as permitted winnings after full wagering), or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• v88bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already claimed and in progress will continue under the terms in effect at the time of claim.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to co-ordinated betting with linked accounts, use of bots, or exploitation of platform errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

v88bd is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All casino games offered on the platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are sourced from audited providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Sports betting odds are generated and managed in accordance with market-standard methodologies.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the v88bd platform:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, platform glitches, or pricing mistakes in betting markets. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void. v88bd reserves the right to correct errors retroactively.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform in contravention of any applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Attempting to reverse transactions, initiate chargebacks, or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider for funds that were used for gambling purposes.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards v88bd staff or other players through any communication channel.

v88bd monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a violation is detected or reasonably suspected, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void bets and bonuses, withhold funds pending investigation, and share relevant information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

v88bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent transaction report from a payment provider.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting v88bd support at [email protected]. Where an account is closed voluntarily and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, less any applicable processing fees.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, v88bd reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, any funds derived from prohibited activity — including winnings generated using bonus funds that were not lawfully claimed — will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money deposits not tainted by the breach may be returned at v88bd's discretion.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be disabled and all marketing communications will be suspended. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the selected period. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v88bd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the v88bd platform or any of its features.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered through it.
• Any loss of funds, data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in game outcomes, odds, or account balance displays caused by technical fault.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

v88bd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude v88bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where applicable law does not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, those exclusions and limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. v88bd reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as it deems necessary to protect its rights and interests.
